Our sessions prioritize safety and agency, focusing on body alignment and Range of Motion (ROM) recovery to provide a gentle bridge toward physical confidence. To support deep mental restoration, I incorporate Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation focused on profound relaxation and nervous system regulation. This practice is entirely accessible and does not include chanting, allowing you to simply lie back, listen, and still the mind.
